Hand-crafted and made with minimal additions and preservatives, these wines reflect the vineyard. The grapes are picked at optimal ripeness, minimally handled in the winery and fruit vibrancy is not hidden by non-essential artefact. Elefante has brought the fire and passion of Spanish wine to life. Each wine is crafted with a contemporary philosophy by pregressive Riojan winemaker Javier Murua, and sourced from Castilla la Mancha, to capture the passion and excitement of the Spanish culture.
La Mancha native Jorge Garcia Cuenca, has created a fresh, varietal Tempranillo that expresses the bold flavours and rich complexity of Spanish wines. This wine is sourced from the dry, high altitude plateau of Castilla la Mancha and is made with minimal influence of oak. It is a versatile companion to the diverse nature of Spanish cuisine.
