Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) has one main goal: to make a difference in the lives of children. CASA provides hope, healing and justice by empowering volunteers to advocate on behalf of abused and neglected children. These volunteers are critical to the work of CASA; they commit to represent and advocate for the children’s best interests and work hard to preserve the welfare of children. This nonprofit organization is a vital resource in the Texarkana community, advocating on the children’s behalf by giving them a voice.
