Windsor Fitness Club is a group exercise studio located in Windsor, CA founded in 2022.

We began strategizing Windsor Fitness Clubs brand identity and social media plan of action about a month before they opened up shop in mid-April.

At the time, these were the challenges they were facing:

→ They were a brand new business

→ The gym industry is extremely competitive

→ They had no social media presence

→ There was no plan on how they were going to get customers

→ Nobody knew who they were

→ They knew they had to sell recurring memberships to survive
