NORTHEAST KINGDOM OF VERMONT
The Northeast Kingdom (NEK) region real estate market, defined as Caledonia, Essex and Orleans counties, continued to grow after a relatively slow start at the beginning of the year in 2024.
The total number of units sold was down slightly by -2.8% across the NEK region. However, the average sale price increased +16.6% and the average days on market increased +8.4%.
