SOUTHERN VERMONT REPORT

Total Sales in Units increased in most towns with the following showing significant gains: -D orset, Wilmington, Marlboro, Londonderry, and Stratton exhibited substantial increases by +28.6%, +43.8%, +100.0, +85.7% and +116.7% respectively -M anchester, Dover, Winhall and Ludlow all decreased by -14.3%, -3.4%, -7.7% and -35.3% respectively

Average Sale Price varied by towns:

-D orset, Manchester, Wilmington, Londonderry and Cavendish showed significant increases of +15.3%, +4.1%, +11.4%, +88.7% and +20.2% respectively -D over, Stratton and Ludlow showed significant declines of -30.0%, -40.0% and -20.6% respectively
