One&Only Mandarina, located in Mexico’s lush Riviera Nayarit, is a modern architectural masterpiece that harmoniously blends low-density contemporary design with deep-rooted sustainability. Throughout the resort, the vibrant energy, color, and spirit of Mexican culture are celebrated—from its striking structures to its serene interiors.
Designed with great care to preserve the pristine natural environment, this eco-conscious retreat reflects a commitment to both the land and its heritage. The architecture and décor highlight the work of local artisans and designers, many of whom combine time-honored techniques with modern innovation and technology.
Made-in-Mexico details begin in the lobby, where a custom castbronze gong—crafted by the Grez family of Hidalgo, renowned for over 60 years for creating bells and sacred artifacts—makes a bold statement. Across the resort, storytelling textiles, pillows, and soft furnishings are curated by Colorindio, a brand that collaborates closely with artisans from the remote mountain communities of Oaxaca and Chiapas.

Opened in June 2023, the Son Bunyola Hotel is the latest addition to the 810-acre Son Bunyola Estate, joining three existing private villas in one of Mallorca’s most captivating settings. Steeped in history, the hotel preserves the estate’s authentic charm, centered around the original finca, which dates back to the 1500s, along with La Tafona, home to an ancient olive press, and several beautifully restored annex buildings.
The hotel offers 27 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, in addition to three standalone luxury villas. Guests can enjoy two distinctive restaurants, serene spa treatment rooms, a historic terrace with a pool, and breathtaking views of the mountains and sea. The Peninsula Tokyo was conceived by architect Kazukiyo Sato and interior designer Yukio Hashimoto as a space where Japanese culture and the shifting seasons are expressed in a manner both modern and timeless. Unlike many luxury hotels in Japan that adopt an international aesthetic, The Peninsula Tokyo chose to embrace a distinctly Japanese identity. The result is a contemporary property that resonates deeply with cultural heritage.
Nearly 1,000 artworks are displayed throughout the hotel, created by nearly 60 artists—most of whom are Japanese. Many pieces incorporate traditional techniques, reinterpreting time-honored craftsmanship for a modern context.
