The UHC Rewards Utilization Report shows we ae doing fantastic, having earned $47,205 through August 2025!!!
This represents rewards earned towards either a Visa gift card, purchasing a tracker or walking off the cost of the Apple tracker or applying it to a One Pass gym membership.
We still have $19K that needs to be redeemed! Members need to redeem their earned rewards prior to the renewal date of 1/1 otherwise they lose their rewards since the program resets.
Care Cash Individuals receive $200 and families $500 via a pre-loaded debit card. The maximum amount on the cards for continual rollovers is $2000. Members will need to visit myuhc.com each year to have the $200 or $500 loaded onto their Care Cash debit card.
Note: Only Specialists that have earned 2 hearts ♡♡ with UHC qualify. In 2026,
Care Cash can now be used for labs. Those that have not already registered for their debit card should do so now and then reload the card after the 2026 renewal so they will start with either $400 or $1000 on their card.
Add’l changes happening at this year’s renewal: UnitedHealthcare will now cover the costs of the first diagnostic breast imaging and colonoscopy services – beyond the preventive care benefit – at no cost to the member.
This is a huge change since members will no longer need to pay a cost share when the provider advises the member needs an additional test (for example, women with dense breasts).
Flexible Spending Account [FSA]: The annual deferral limits were increased in 2026 to $3400 per-participant, with unused funds rollover amounts increased to $680. Access to all FSA account balances, transaction activity, etc., remains available via the www.myrsc.com User link.

2026 BENEFITS ENROLLMENT Summary Plan Description: Each calendar year, Foundation Academy provides full-time benefits eligible employees an array of tax-free benefits options, as shown below. Insurance premium ‘discounts’ are achieved via pre-tax deductions made through the S125 Cafeteria Plan. Per IRS guidelines, benefits election changes can only be made during annual Open Enrollment, or as the result of an IRS defined “Change in Family Status.”
