Shore Tours are subject to availability and service operation. We reserve the right to amend itineraries for operational reasons. † Fred. Olsen Brexit Promise: If your Fred. Olsen cruise is cancelled due to reasons directly related to Brexit, the cost of your cruise fare will be refunded, and a voucher for the value of the original cruise fare will be issued to use on a future Fred. Olsen cruise. The Brexit Promise only applies to passengers who have contracted directly with FOCL and excludes cruises on vessels operated by FOCL but booked through third party operators. Additional costs will not be refunded including, but not limited to, items such as hotel rooms, car parking, transport and insurance.

Once a cruise has been booked and the deposit paid, FOCL also promises that there will be no additional supplements or surcharges directly related to Brexit, on the confirmed price (but this does not apply if the booking is changed at the guest’s request after acceptance of the original booking). The Brexit Promise may be withdrawn for new bookings at any time without notification. In addition, FOCL’s Terms and Conditions apply. Some ports may be at anchor, intermediate days are at sea. Fares are per person, based on standard occupancy of the lead-in rooms, subject to availability. Warmer Cruising offers are valid for new bookings made from 14/08/2019 to 15/10/2019, inclusive, on all cruises shown in this brochure (except the following cruises which are applicable from D19GV – 17/07/19 to 15/10/2019; W1923, D192425 & D1925 – 24/07/19 to 15/10/19; and W1926 – 31/07/19 to 15/10/19), subject to availability and based on Saver Fares. Savings are compared to the previous selling price and have been applied to the fares shown. Prices for fly-cruises are based on a fly-cruise package basis and include economy flight(s), APD and transfer(s) to/from the ship as arranged by Fred. Olsen. Guests can choose to book on a ‘cruise only’ basis. Guests booking on this option will need to arrange their own flights and transfers to/from the ship. See our website for details. Saver Fares: full payment is required at time of booking. 100% cancellation charges apply and guests cannot transfer their booking to an alternative cruise. No room number – and in some cases, room grade – will be provided at the time of booking (room number will be advised on the cruise ticket). Additional discounts, including Oceans Loyalty discounts, do not apply. Dining time will be allocated automatically and cannot be changed, unless chosen for a supplement of £2 per person, per night, subject to availability; table sizes cannot be requested when booking a Saver fare. Not combinable with any other offer. *All Inclusive Upgrade when purchased is charged at £19 per person per night (£35 per person, per night on cruises of five nights or less and Speciality Sailings). Refer to our website for full Terms & Conditions. **Enjoyment Promise Terms & Conditions: The Enjoyment Promise excludes Party Nights and cruises of 4 or fewer nights. The promise only applies to bookings made for departures more than 12 weeks ahead. The Enjoyment Promise only applies to passengers who have contracted with FOCL and excludes cruises on vessels operated by FOCL but booked through third party operators. Should you wish to invoke the Enjoyment Promise, you will need to inform Guest Relations within 48 hours of the vessel’s departure from the original port of embarkation at the latest. FOCL will arrange and pay for a flight and/or transport back to the UK. FOCL will refund the cruise cost only but will not refund other costs. E&OE.
