Group Travel We will look after you and your companions through out your travels We are specialist at arranging travel for schools, clubs, organisations and like-minded people travelling together. Group rates can be obtained for a minimum of 10+ people.
When arranging a group allocation, seats can be reserved at a pre-agreed cost and without passenger name and passport details. Therefore, providing a consistent fare level for all passengers. If you were to book separately or online, you will get a minimal amount of seats at one fare, usually increasing beyond that, or potentially even not available and you would need to know full details to be able to book, which is not always possible.

Meet our dedicated team of travel professionals Lorraine Brown - Operations Manager
I have been in the travel industry for 27 years, of which I recently celebrated 22 years working for Fred. Olsen Business Travel. I started as a Business Travel Consultant and progressed to Assistant Manager before having my children. I then returned to work as a Senior Travel Consultant and once again progressed to Assistant Manager and recently to Operations Manager for the department. The different roles I have had allowed me to gain wide experience in the various areas of the business and very much enjoy the variety it gives. Our established team is experienced in many areas, providing all travel services for the corporate traveller as well as group and marine travel.

I always knew I’d have a career in the Travel Industry. After studying Travel & Tourism for my GCSE’s, A Levels and at College, I was offered a part time position at The Co-operative Travel Felixstowe alongside studying an Extended National Diploma in Travel & Tourism at Suffolk New College. Between 2012-2014, I worked full time in The Co-operative Travel in Ipswich and Thomas Cook in Woodbridge. After working in retail for 4 years, I was looking for a challenge and change in my career when I came across the position of Business Travel Consultant here at Fred. Olsen Travel. Still wanting to be in travel, this was perfect. Since joining in August 2014, I have worked my way up from Sales Consultant, to Senior Sales Consultant in 2016. I’m in my 7th year with Fred.
