Group Travel We will look after you and your companions through out your travels We are specialist at arranging travel for schools, clubs, organisations and like-minded people travelling together.

Group rates can be obtained for a minimum of 10+ people.

When arranging a group allocation, seats can be reserved at a pre-agreed cost and without passenger name and passport details. Therefore, providing a consistent fare level for all passengers. If you were to book separately or online, you will get a minimal amount of seats at one fare, usually increasing beyond that, or potentially even not available and you would need to know full details to be able to book, which is not always possible.

Meet our dedicated team of travel professionals Lorraine Brown - Operations Manager

I have been in the travel industry for 25 years, of which I recently celebrated 20 years working for Fred. Olsen Business Travel. I started as a Business Travel Consultant and progressed to Assistant Manager before having my children. I then returned to work as a Senior Travel Consultant and once again progressed to Assistant Manager and recently to Operations Manager for the department. The different roles I have had allowed me to gain wide experience in the various areas of the business and very much enjoy the variety it gives. Our established team is experienced in many areas, providing all travel services for the corporate traveller as well as group and marine travel.

I always knew I’d have a career in the Travel Industry. After studying Travel & Tourism for my GCSE’s, A Levels and at College, I was offered a part time position at The Co-operative Travel Felixstowe alongside studying an Extended National Diploma in Travel & Tourism at Suffolk New College. Between 2012-2014, I worked full time in The Co-operative Travel in Ipswich and Thomas Cook in Woodbridge.

After working in retail for 4 years, I was looking for a challenge and change in my career when I came across the position of Business Travel Consultant here at Fred.

Olsen Travel. Still wanting to be in travel, this was perfect. Since joining in August 2014, I have worked my way up from Sales Consultant, to Senior Sales Consultant in 2016 and more recently, in September 2018 I was given the opportunity to become Assistant Manager which is my role today. I’m in my 5th year with Fred.

Olsen Travel and I can honestly say I love what I do and couldn’t think of a better company to work for and be part of.

My passion for the travel industry started whilst at school, I did my work experience at The Co-operative Travel and enjoyed it so much I worked there part time whilst I studied for a BTEC National diploma in Travel & Tourism at college. After working there for almost 3 years I took a different career path but always knew my heart belonged to the travel industry. I joined Fred Olsen Business travel in February 2015 and my recent years I have specialised in marine travel for crew working on-board cruise vessels. I am due to go on maternity leave with my first child in summer of this year and although I couldn’t be more excited for a new chapter in my life to begin I do plan on returning.

I then worked for their Star Clipper department as a reservations clerk. Star Clippers are beautiful tall sailing ships that Fred Olsen are General UK sales agents for. The last 20 years I have worked in Business Travel, first as a member of the reservations team and now as administration assistant.

I have been working in the travel Industry since 1998, starting out as a trainee for Intatravel as well as doing an NVQ in Travel and tourism. After a few years, I then spread my wings and ventured overseas to work as a holiday representative. I loved every minute doing two summers in the Algarve and two winters in Lanzarote.

I was lucky enough to then live in Italy for a few years travelling around, before returning back to the UK returning back to work as a Travel agent for TUI where I worked for many years.
