The Whitetail deer herd was enhanced by DMP pens, a Deer Management Program whereby native does are bred to scientifically bred bucks and released onto the ranch. This was in place for 8 years. There are plenty of trophy Whitetails on the ranch and the owners have maintained strict deer herd management practices. The hunting lodge which is approximately 8,000 square feet, dates back to the 1930’s and has been fully restored. There are several barns including a 6,000 square foot enclosed shop, a 12,000 square foot equipment barn, another 6,000 square foot barn both with three sides, as well as a 5,000ft landing strip, 6 water wells, 20 plus water troughs and 10+ ponds with miles of water lines feeding these water sources.
