TOPOGRAPHY

WILDLIFE
Rancho La Gloria’s excellent wildlife habitat holds an abundance of deer, trophy audits, turkey, dove, quail, and varmints such as coyotes, bobcats, and raccoons are in the area as well.
IMPROVEMENTS & WATER
The property has electricity in the center of the ranch with a hilltop water well with a submersible pump on a timer that fills a 20,000-gallon cistern. The cistern fills a 10’ concrete water trough about300 yards away down the hill. The cistern overflow water fills a pond for wildlife. The ranch is cross-fenced into two pastures for cattle with a water lot and traps in the middle.
