Machine and evaporator segments are the heart of a Flexbar configuration. The storage segments must be linked to the machine or evaporator segments to operate. Each machine or evaporator segment can cool up to 4 storage segments. End panels
End panels are necessary for both insulation and completion of your Flexbar. Therefore, refrigerated configurations always start and end with a 40 mm insulated end panel. If you have limited space, we recommend using the 20 mm thick insulated end panel instead. End panels are available in two designs: anthracite and stainless steel.

In between panels
In between panels are used to create a barrier between connected segments. An insulated in between panel must be used to create separated temperature zones, whereas a non-insulated panel is used to separate equal temperature zones from one another, for example: when using multiple machine units in one bar.

Gamko manufactures and supplies special corner pieces used when building a curved Flexbar configuration. These insulated corner pieces allow the cold air through and are precisely made to the desired radius. Given the accuracy required for such a configuration, this is always a custom-made application.
Pass through segments
Refrigerated pass through storage segments are available in five different door combinations and in two widths: 410 mm and 540 mm. The advantage of pass through segments is that the bar can be served from both sides - there are doors at the front and rear of the refrigerated segments. The associated integral or remote machine unit is also fitted with 2 fronts. For example an additional bar installation between the front bar and back bar.

Your customers can enjoy the benefits of dual temperature zones, essential flexibility when space is limited. This feature creates two separate temperature zones making them perfect for storing a range of both beer/soft drinks and wine. For example you can choose one temperature for red wine and another for white, or one temperature for craft beers and another for light beers.

Customise your Flexbar. Use our Flexbar seamless fronts to eQuip your bar with cladding or coating provided by your interior decorator to suit the look and feel of your premises. The fronts are equipped with hidden hand grip. The construction is reinforced to enable the firm mounting of your own hand grip. Create the look you want for your establishment.

Counter top coolers and freezers
A plug ready range of stainless steel coolers and freezers for bottles that can be inset or surface mounted. Perfect for serving refrigerated wines, liqueurs or vodka per glass rapidly at a fixed cold temperature. Counter top coolers & freezers are available in 4 options: with a maximum capacity of 10 to 12 bottles of 1 litre and suitable as a cooler or as a freezer. The VKHC/10 model can be built-in or built-on to the worktop and has a maximum capacity of 10 bottles. The VKHC/12 model has been developed to be built into the work top and has a capacity of 12 bottles.

Waste disposal coolers KFK
To prevent bad odours and contamination in professional kitchens, this hygienic solution holds food waste, ready for collection. The straight forward coupling system enables quick assembly (can be done from the inside if space is restricted). Thanks to the sloping floor the wheeled bins are easily rolled in and out. Also equipped with a handy spring cover which remains open while pouring. Waste disposal coolers are available in two size options and two exterior designs: anthracite or stainless steel (AISI 304). The waste disposal coolers are supplied without wheelie bins.
