Step 2 – Pick your integral or remote machine unit
Integral and remote machine units are the heart of a Flexbar configuration. The storage segments must be linked to the machine unit to operate. Each machine unit can cool up to 4 storage segments. Counter top coolers and freezers
A plug ready range of stainless steel coolers and freezers for bottles that can be inset or surface mounted. Perfect for serving refrigerated wines, liqueurs or vodka per glass rapidly at a fixed cold temperature. Counter top coolers & freezers are available in 4 options: with a maximum capacity of 10 to 12 bottles of 1 litre and suitable as a cooler or as a freezer. The VKHC/10 model can be built-in or built-on to the worktop and has a maximum capacity of 10 bottles. The VKHC/12 model has been developed to be built into the work top and has a capacity of 12 bottles.
Cooler temperature: +4° C / +8° C. Adjustable temperature range from 0° C to +10° C. Freezer temperature: -8° C / -12° C. Adjustable temperature range from 0° C to -15° C.
And don’t forget...
Ambient segments, coffee knock out drawers and heated segments are also available, perfectly engineered for Baristas.
Stand alone glass frosters
A plug ready stand alone glass froster can be added to the Flexbar configuration. With this stand alone segment it is possible to create a different temperature zone within the total bar configuration. The Flexbar stand alone glass froster features the award winning +stayclear condenser in its efficient and powerful cooling system.
