• We will explore why authentic social stories and trusted media mentions are now more powerful than traditional SEO for influencing what AI tells travellers about your hotel’s “vibe.”

• Learn practical ways to ensure your property stays visible and bookable when travellers stop searching and start asking. Join us for a clear 90-day roadmap to help your hotel thrive as the search bar fades away.

“Opening your doors to a wider market:

An Accessible Design Talk

There is a common misconception that disabled access is for a limited number of people, and that in a hospitality space we only need to meet minimum requirements to tick the access-friendly box –but the industry is missing out on a huge market by not understanding the purpose of these spaces and the needs of so many. Our panel will tell you the small tweaks you could be making to your business that could make a big difference to your guests as well as your bottom line.
