Directions: Spread crescent dough out onto an ungreased baking sheet or parchment paper making a complete rectangle and mending any broken seams. Place brie in center of dough and top with diced jalapeno. Fold crescent dough over brie until completely covered. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 or until golden brown.

Core and slice apples and place around baked brie.

Optional: Microwave 3 tablespoons of raspberry preserves for 30 seconds and drizzle over baked brie for a sweet glaze. o
