Li Rising, LLC, 902 Avenue T, Grand Prairie, TX 750501152, has applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for issuance of Proposed Air Quality Permit Number 172666, which would authorize construction of a Battery Recycling Plant located at 1102 Avenue T, Grand Prairie, Tarrant County, Texas 75050.
