Position Summary Fuses polyethylene (HDPE plastic) pipe using McElroy Fusion equipment to meet customer needs; trains customers in use of electro-fusion and safe operation of fusion equipment; assists with shipping, provides basic troubleshooting of field equipment and may perform additional duties.

Education, Training and Experience High School diploma or GED; working knowledge of basic hand tools used in: fusing, cutting, and measuring; working knowledge of carpentry and hand tools; ability to read and interpret safety rules, operation, maintenance and procedures manuals, and ability to read/ interpret line drawings and basic measurements; ability to calculate figures and amounts; ability to solve practical problems and interpret technical instructions in mathematical and diagram form; proficient in use of business email and an understanding of basic internet usage.

Physical Demands and Work Environment - Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds; and frequently exerting 25 pounds of force to move objects. Frequent stooping, crouching, reaching, climbing or balancing and walking are required.
