Let’s start with the clay courts, twelve of them in fact, and a brand new Club House. And now we head to the net with some of the world’s ‘heavy hitters’, coordinated by Rocco Loccisano, who trained Pat Cash.

Courses for all ages, junior and senior, with specialisations when it comes to techniques for competition and single strokes, analysed by a sophisticated video system. Our guest stars are Karel Novácˇek, Dominik Hrbatý and Mark Woodforde.

Just 10 minutes from the resort, play the 27-hole Is Molas course, one of the most famous courses in Europe and an official site for the Italian International Open. It is surrounded by some of Sardinia’s best scenery, with the Mediterranean sea and scrub. And, also available, a private shuttle to transport you to this corner of paradise.

Unveiling the tricks, from the simple yet surprising to the most complex, is well-known illusionist Marvin Berglas. The course is dedicated to both aspiring young magicians and their older brothers, as well as their parents.

Every day a different trick (or you can just take part for one day if your like), and over a week you will have learned enough to astonish friends and guests.

GO-KART Revved up excitement for engine-lovers and speed-demons. The PGK Academy stops off at the Forte Village go-kart track, 0.5 km long. Directed by Paolo Gagliardini, former Italian and European 125 champion. GOURMET An overwhelming menu that is something special, full of surprises and ever changing. These are the gastronomic riches of Forte Village. ALFONS SCHUHBECK Well-being is flavoured with ginger, cardamom, pepper and chilli pepper. In this magnificent restaurant on the seafront, Michelinstarred chef Alfons Schuhbeck offers you his ancient and innovative Spice for Life cuisine, based around spices and well-being. Taking care of yourself with spices Do you want to start to navigate the rich world of Alfons Schuhbeck? Here’s a brief guide to spices and their extraordinary properties: Anise: Aids digestion, calms the stomach and has significant anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant properties.

Basil: Eliminates free radicals, it is rich in antioxidants and has some antispasmodic effects on the gastrointestinal track.

Cardamom:Aids digestion and combats nausea, acidity, bloating, lack of appetite, constipation, and mouth and throat infections.

Chilli pepper: Helps in cases of stomach ache, an irritated throat, ulcers and dysentery. Facilitates digestion, increases the production of enzymes, and stimulates the absorption and elimination of foods. Thins the blood and helps guard against heart attacks and strokes.

Chervil: Clears the mucous membrane to prevent colds and bronchitis. As a diuretic, it has anti-inflammatory properties and helps in the treatment of cystitis. Reduces the signs of ageing and rejuvenates the skin.

Cumin: Containing many vitamins, it is important for the proper working of the immune system.

Turmeric: Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, it offers relief from arthritis. In case of rheumatoid arthritis or osteoporosis, replace your morning coffee with a cup of turmeric tea.

Curry: Reduces cholesterol and stimulates liver and pancreatic function.

Fennel: Calms an irritated intestine and is a known diuretic.

Ginger: Reduces cholesterol and the levels of sugar in the blood, it thins the blood and strengthens the cardiovascular system.
