CELEBRITY CHEF CARLO CRACCO By popular demand, Carlo Cracco will be back at Forte Village for the whole month August.Carlo Cracco, Michelin-starred chef and charismatic judge of Hell’s Kitchen will delight guests with special gourmet evenings and master cooking classes.

IL LUOGO DI AIMO & NADIA Fabio Pisani and Alessandro Negrini are the two young chefs who have taken over the kitchens of the renowned restaurant ‘Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia’. Alongside Stefania the daughter of Aimo e Nadia, they are the heirs of the unique style which combines the rich culinary history of Italy in contemporary dishes. Chefs Pisani and Negrini will host a series of gourmet evenings at the Forte Bay Terrace from the 22 July to 24 August.

TERRAZZA SAN DOMENICO Don’t miss our new restaurant, Terazza San Domenico, headed by Michelin starred chef Massimiliano Mascia. The Head Chef of the 2 Michelin starred restaurant San Domenico in Imola, will delight our guests with signature dishes of the Romagna region such as ‘Egg in Raviolo with sweet Parmesan, malga butter and truffles’. The menu will be enriched by summer dishes designed to enhance Sardinian raw produce.

COOKIES CREAM V EG E TA R I A N The vegetarian cuisine of the legendary Cookies Cream arrives at Forte Village, an experimental and innovative starred restaurant, a point of reference for cosmopolitan Berlin. Founded in 2007 by “Cookie” Heinz Gindullis, the pioneer of a refined approach to vegetarian cuisine, over time the restaurant became the internationally renowned hotspot of the German capital. With ‘Cream’ Stephan Hentschel – Chef Cream is synonymous with experimental vegetarian cuisine of the highest level – Cookies Cream has won this year its first Michelin star, thanks to extraordinary creations that offer the palate a completely unexpected experience compared to what the collective imagination identifies with the concept of vegetarian dishes.
