The fresh air and daylight will help all avoid feeling down. Even if it is only for a few minutes, the sunshine can help you feel refreshed. Whether it is taking one’s dog for a short walk, or going for a long run afer work, make the time to get outdoors during the winter months. If this is not possible, there are light bulbs that emit a certain wavelength that mimic the vitamin D in sunlight, one can use periodically.
