It’s cozy and creamy, but the hit of basil and garlic keeps it feeling lively instead of heavy. Think classic comfort with a fresh twist…easy to make, easy to love and perfect for settling in after a long winter day. Servings: 6 Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 3-4 hours Total time: ~3.5 hours Ingredients: 1 white onion, diced 3 T garlic, minced 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast 2 cups low sodium chicken broth 3 cans low sodium great northern beans, drained and rinsed • 1 can no salt added corn, drained and rinsed • 1 T Italian seasoning • 1 can no salt added Rotel • 8 ounces cream cheese • 1/2 cup basil pesto • • • • •

Instructions: 1. Add onion, garlic, chicken, chicken broth, beans, corn, Italian seasoning and Rotel to your crockpot. Stir to combine. 2. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easy to shred. 3. Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks. 4. Stir in the cream cheese and pesto, then cover and cook for another 15–20 minutes, until the cream cheese has melted and everything is creamy and well combined. Enjoy!

Growing up, a young Ingrid always loved taking her own photos and videos, then piecing them together to create clever little movies. “I started taking photography seriously while in college and, with the help of my professor, I started getting freelance jobs,” Ingrid shares. reating a comprehensive estate plan is a key step in ensuring your wishes are honored and your loved ones are cared for after you’re gone. Picture two families trying to find their way forward after losing a loved one.

For the first family, Sarah’s father had a clear and up-to-date estate plan. His will outlined who would inherit what, a trust protected the family home, and a living will ensure his medical wishes were honored. When he passed, the family knew exactly what to do. They avoided probate delays, minimized taxes, and had the confidence that they were carrying out his wishes. Now consider the second family. Michael passed without a will, leaving his assets to be divided according to state laws. idden among North Carolina’s trees and trails, a family of gentle giants has taken up residence. These aren’t your typical park sculptures – they’re towering trolls with personalities as big as their wooden frames, and they’re part of the largest installation of Danish artist Thomas Dambo’s work ever created in North America.

A TROLL TALE UNFOLDS Seven permanent troll sculptures now call North Carolina home, scattered across Raleigh, High Point and Charlotte. But finding them isn’t as simple as following a map. True to his philosophy that “the joy is in the discovery,” Dambo has made these creatures shy, preferring to be stumbled upon rather than signposted. Five trolls inhabit Raleigh’s Dix Park, while one each has ventured to High Point and Charlotte, creating a treasure hunt across the state’s Piedmont region. The trolls aren’t just standing around – they’re on a mission. Each sculpture carries a unique clue pointing toward their ultimate purpose – protecting the legendary Grandmother Tree, a mystical ancient tree yet to be discovered by humankind. Visitors who encounter all seven members of this quirky family might just piece together the mystery. MEET THE FAMILY The cast of characters is delightfully diverse. There’s Pete with the Big Feet, a gentle soul who reportedly laid down to rest after growing saddened that his enormous feet were crushing the beautiful flowers beneath him. In Dix Park, you’ll find the complete nuclear family: Daddy Bird Eye, Mother Strongtail and their three children – Dix, Dax and Dux – nestled among pine groves and family friendly trails. THE ARTIST BEHIND THE MAGIC Born in Odense, Denmark, Thomas Dambo grew up building toys, costumes and treehouses from recycled materials, skills taught by his parents. Before becoming the world’s premier troll-maker, he dabbled in rap music, street art and scenic design. After earning a master’s degree in interactive design from Kolding Design School, he channeled his creativity into what would become his signature work. Dambo’s mission is elegantly simple: “Waste No More.” Through his whimsical trolls made entirely from repurposed materials, he demonstrates that discarded items can still hold beauty, meaning and magic. Every troll is constructed from reclaimed wood, fallen branches, wooden pallets and other salvaged materials – transforming what others consider trash into towering works of art that can stand up to 25 feet tall.

A GLOBAL PHENOMENON With more than 150 trolls installed across five continents, Dambo’s installations attract an estimated 4.5 million visitors annually. His work has been featured by BBC, National Geographic, NPR and Lonely Planet, turning ordinary parks into international destinations. In Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, the trolls drew approximately 500 to 1,000 visitors per day; while in Victor, Colorado, “Rita the Rock Planter” effectively doubled walk-up tourism. COMMUNITY AT THE CORE What makes Dambo’s process special is the community involvement. Over three weeks, almost 500 volunteers worked together to construct the trolls at Dix Park. This collaborative approach transforms the installation from mere artwork into a shared community experience, with locals literally helping to build the magic that will enchant their neighbors and visitors for years to come. BONUS TROLLS IN ASHEVILLE As if seven permanent trolls weren’t enough, North Carolina is also hosting something extra special. From November 15, 2025 to February 17, 2026, the North Carolina Arboretum in Asheville presents “Trolls: A Field Study,” featuring 12 interactive troll sculptures in their U.S. premiere. Standing seven to nine feet tall and affectionately called “Baby Trolls” by Dambo, these curious visitors have arrived on their first North American journey to study humankind. Six of them even participate in the Arboretum’s beloved Winter Lights holiday display, adding an enchanted dimension to Asheville’s brightest tradition. HABIT STACK YOUR WAY TO A BETTER DAY both effective and efficient! For me, it meant eliminating the fretting about when or if I’d manage to fit in a Pilates session; now, it’s simply part of my routine.

ife changes when we make changes, when we consistently incorporate new behaviors into our day. So, let’s be honest: If we think in terms of changing our life, we’re likely to feel overwhelmed and – no surprise – discouraged. But if we corral the notion of change by translating it into an action or a behavior we can incorporate into our day, we begin to change our life. It’s intentional and it’s incremental.

THE HOW TO OF HABIT STACKING •

CASE IN POINT: For years I thought I’d really like to do Pilates. It will be good for me. Oh, but that’s such a big commitment. When will I find the time? Consequently, I did nothing. But then one day, I realized: What if I sandwich a 30-minute Pilates You Tube video between drinking my morning coffee and going for my 30- minute walk? And what if I did that just one day a week? That was about a year ago, and, almost without fail, I am seamlessly incorporating that workout before my walk, at least once a week! What I didn’t realize was that I was practicing a super-healthy behavior. It’s called “habit stacking” - piggy-backing on an existing positive habit – or habits - like a set of building blocks. What’s really cool is that the new behavior is likely to “stick” because you are building on a pattern that already exists in your brain, which makes habit stacking

more of it into my diet. Now I have a cup after our shared breakfast, while I am doing my very personal readings. That’s three great habits – stacked! People who use habit-stacking often suggest that morning and evening routines can provide the best “triggers” for habit stacking, as you probably already have some form of routine in place.

Identify an Existing Habit You Want to Piggy-back On. Be sure it is an ingrained habit, not something you only sometimes do. Brushing your teeth first thing is an ingrained habit or walking outside to check the mailbox may be another ingrained daily habit. The point is to snag a habit that is already deeply-anchored, and to piggy-back on it.

Example: Every morning, after I brush my teeth, I will set my timer and stretch for ten minutes. Or, Just before I check the mail, I will take a quick walk around the block. Or, After I make my bed, I will pick up any clothes that are lying around.

HABIT STACKING TIPS •

Link That New Behavior With a Value or Goal. Pilates supports my goal to be more fit in semi-retirement than I have ever been. My spiritual reading supports the value I place on nurturing my inner life and honoring the contemplative life.

Here’s one I’ve recently incorporated: After my husband and I eat our leisurely Sunday breakfast, I read a spiritual book for at least an hour. In the past, doing so was an “If I get to it” activity. Now it is a welcome respite and a true celebration of my Sunday.

• One Thing at a Time. Habit stacking shouldn’t be a burden. It should make building the life you want easier by incorporating one small, new habit at a time. That might also mean limiting the time you spend on that habit – even five minutes to start - so that you can get into the groove with it instead of petering out or losing interest. Another good reason to mindfully and slowly build your habit staircase is that you want to make sure that you leave some room for spontaneity!

Build Your Habit Staircase. Once your new behavior has truly become part of your routine, ask yourself if and how you might want to enrich it. I’m not a huge fan of green tea, but I want to incorporate

BALANCING THE IMPOSSIBLE: SCOTT HARTLEY’S DANCE WITH FIRE AND FORM By AUTUMN PAYNE

or glass artist Scott Hartley, creativity has been a lifelong thread. As a child, he filled pages with pencil drawings and paintings, never imagining that art could become a full-time career. That shifted 26 years ago when he discovered glass—a medium that reshaped his life, his work, and the way he engages with the world. “I always thought it would be a dream to do art as a job,” he says. “I didn’t think that was realistic until I found glass.” Scott’s early artistic journey was marked not by encouragement, but by doubt. Teachers and mentors often discouraged him from pursuing his dreams, a challenge that ultimately fueled his determination. “I learned a lot about what I didn’t want to be in my life from those people,” he says. In contrast, his family was a continual source of creativity and support,

providing the foundation he needed to keep moving forward. Today, Scott works from a studio with deep history—an old blacksmith shop from the 1930s in Benton, Kansas, transformed into a glassblowing studio and gallery with the help of family and friends. His days begin early, turning on the furnaces and reheating chambers that take hours to reach working temperature. While the studio warms, he and his assistants polish finished pieces, prepare orders, contact clients, and plan for the day’s designs. Once the glass is hot, the true rhythm begins. “There is a great flow and timing to blowing glass,” he explains. “A dance of sorts with the molten glass, but also with my assistant who helps with color and timing.” For several focused hours, he shapes pieces that must

be completed quickly—glass waits for no one. The medium has taught him precision, adaptability, and acceptance. Mistakes still happen, especially when pushing glass to its extremes, but Scott views them as essential teachers: “The key is to not make the same mistake twice.” Scott works with intention, noting that glass does not allow him to wander without direction. Experience has shifted his relationship with the medium from reacting to it—What will the glass allow me to do today? —to directing it: This is what I want the glass to do today. That shift has led to more cohesive and dynamic work. His inspirations come from many sources— nature, travel, sunsets, and the colors that appear in simple moments. But above all, his family shapes his work. His wife, Gwen, and their children—Cal, Claire, and Lola—are at the heart of his artistic life. The loss of Claire and Lola transformed both Scott and his creative voice. “I will always strive to make my glass as beautiful as they were,” he shares. “Though I doubt I will ever achieve this.” His work becomes a reflection of love, memory, and the stunning beauty he sees in the world.

SPATCHCOCK CHICKEN By TANNER JOHNSON

or January, I wanted to share one of my go-to recipes — something I make almost weekly at home on the smoker: spatchcock chicken. It’s simple, mostly hands-off, and feeds a decent crowd… or a small one with leftovers (which is never a bad thing).

Ingredients: • 1 whole chicken (I usually grab the cheap ones with the giblets) • Cajun seasoning of your choice Instructions: 1. Cut the backbone off the chicken. 2. Flip it over, twist the legs/thighs out to the sides, and press down firmly on the center of the breastbone with both hands until you hear a pop. This flattens it out. 3. Preheat your smoker to 300°F. 4. Season liberally — all over. Get into all the nooks and crannies. I even season the undercarriage for maximum flavor. 5. Once the smoker is hot, toss the chicken in and let it do its thing. 6. Depending on the size of your bird, cook time is typically 1.5–2 hours. 7. When the thickest part of the breast temps at 160–165°F, pull it off the smoker. 8. Let it rest at least 15 minutes (I usually go for 20). 9. Slice it up — cut the thighs from the bottom, separate the legs from the thighs, then remove the breasts from the breastbone. 10. Enjoy an extremely juicy, smoky chicken!

Take a Hike THE NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION

THAT ACTUALLY SOUNDS FUN By ROBIN SHUPE KELLER

s we stumble into 2026, bleary-eyed and clutching our obligatory green smoothies, it’s time once again for that annual ritual: setting resolutions we’ll abandon by February. But this year, I’m suggesting something different for our readers—something that involves less kale and more trail mix. It’s time to ‘Take a Hike.’

Now, before you get offended, hear me out. The Appalachian Trail Conservancy (ATC) is celebrating its 100th anniversary by doing something radical: they’re trying to save the phrase “Take a Hike” from its reputation as the polite person’s version of “get lost.” With help from comedian and hiking enthusiast Kevin Nealon—yes, that Kevin Nealon from

Saturday Night Live—they’ve launched a campaign to reclaim these three words as something positive. Revolutionary, right? The ATC has even started a petition asking dictionary giants like Merriam-Webster and the Oxford English Dictionary to add a modern definition: “A friendly invitation to reset, recharge, and reconnect with the outdoors.” Because apparently, we need official permission from dictionary editors before we can stop using hiking as an insult. But honestly, if it gets more people on the trails, I’m all for it. Here’s why I think our Lake Norman readers should seriously consider taking a hike this year—the good kind, not the “please leave my property” kind.

REASON ONE: We’re Practically Neighbors with the Trail For those of us in the Lake Norman area, the Appalachian Trail isn’t some distant fantasy requiring a cross-country road trip. We’re within driving distance of one of the most iconic hiking trails in the world. The AT stretches over 2,190 miles from Georgia to Maine, and portions of it are closer than your in-laws’ house—though considerably more enjoyable to visit. By supporting our national and state parks and the Appalachian Trail, we’re preserving something spectacular for future generations. Everyone wins! REASON TWO: Nature Isn’t Just for Instagram Yes, we all know that person who hikes solely for the summit selfie. But connecting with nature offers benefits that transcend social media likes. Studies show that spending time outdoors reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, and improves mental wellness. It turns out that staring at trees is significantly better for your mental health than staring at spreadsheets. Who knew? Nature has this annoying habit of putting our problems in perspective—it’s hard to stress about your email inbox when you’re watching a hawk soar overhead or listening to a creek babble away like it has nowhere to be and nothing to prove. REASON THREE: Reset, Recharge, Reality Check Let’s face it: modern life is exhausting. We’re constantly plugged in, tuned on, and burned out. A hike offers something increasingly rare—a legitimate excuse to disconnect. There’s something deeply satisfying about telling people, “Sorry, can’t make that Zoom call, I’ll be on a mountain with questionable cell service.” Hiking forces us to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember that we’re mammals who evolved to walk on dirt, not scroll through TikTok at 2 AM. So, this year, when someone suggests you “take a hike,” smile and say, “Don’t mind if I do!” Who knows? You might just start a trend. And unlike that gym membership gathering dust, the trails will still be there in March, judgment-free and always open. Hope to see you on the trails!

Dear Dr. Keith, I’m a 34-year-old woman embarking on a journey of self-discovery and creating a fulfilling life through therapy and selfreflection. This process of self-evaluation has been challenging, forcing me to confront myself, my relationships and the impact of my choices on my life. I’ve finally realized that only I can truly make positive changes by becoming accountable and responsible for everything that happens in my life. This revelation has been both enlightening and painful. I’ve had to look closely at the people I have relationships with and came to the conclusion that many of them no longer fit into my life. I haven’t had many close friends in my life, which is why I decided to change and grow. I finally realized how miserable and lonely I’ve been. My friendships were short, superficial and unfulfilling. Dating has been difficult at best, and wherever I went, drama followed. I blamed everyone else for my unhappiness and couldn’t understand why people avoided being around me. I took a lot of my frustration out on my family, which I now realize was unfair. I was a bad friend and daughter, a spoiled brat. When I finally realized the common denominator in my failed relationships was me, I decided it was time to change. I’m currently working on it. The one friendship I’m struggling to let go of is with my childhood best friend. She’s getting married, and we had always planned for me to be in the wedding party. Over the past few years, the only time I heard from her was when she needed something from me. There was never any reciprocation when I was struggling. I felt like it was better to have one bad friend than no friends at all. So, I took the time off from work to attend her bachelorette party and wedding. That was before she ghosted me, and I found out I wouldn’t be a part of the wedding party. She was afraid to tell me, so I called her and asked about the wedding. Her first comment was, “Are you coming to the bachelorette party? If not, I need to let the others know their cost will be more.” I had hoped to get a different response. I really don’t feel like going now, however, she’s my oldest friend. What are your thoughts? - Annabeth, Davidson, NC

The journey to selfawareness can be daunting and painful, but enduring the pain and staying the course will yield great rewards and ultimately lead to a better life. As I’ve mentioned in prior columns, the most important relationship you’ll form is the one with yourself. By doing so, you’ll begin making better choices and setting healthier boundaries. You’ll also start to recognize your own value and make better decisions when choosing your friends. One of the most difficult things we can do in our lives is look in the mirror and acknowledge our flaws. It’s much easier to blame others for our mistakes, poor choices and negative situations. Most of us struggle with change, but positive change can be beneficial. Choosing to be a victim hinders our growth, and it sounds like you’re beginning to experience the benefits of becoming a better person. When discussing relationships, I emphasize the importance of focusing on the quality of connections. Avoid self-judgment based on the number of friends you have or the length of your friendships. Instead, prioritize the quality of the people you choose to include in your life. I’m often astounded when people boast about their social media friend count. Most of these connections

aren’t even acquaintances, let alone friends. In my opinion, calling someone a true friend is as significant as expressing love, and good friends often become family. Be patient and wise in choosing your friends, and treat yourself with love, reverence and respect. Remember, how you treat yourself is what you model to others. Now that you’re on a journey of self-improvement, you’ll become a better friend and develop healthier relationships. When dealing with your friend, the bride, don’t let the illusion of her being a good friend before your transformation cloud your judgment as you continue on your journey of self-discovery. Be honest with yourself – are her actions those of a true friend? Your childhood friend isn’t showing up as an adult. You owe her nothing, but you owe yourself everything. She’s shown no loyalty to you, so why would you feel compelled to attend a bachelorette party and wedding if you’re not wanted? Is the investment of your time, energy and money worth taking the chance of further disappointment? Perhaps your friendship has run its course. Her ghosting you and excluding you from the wedding party might be a sign that it’s time to move on from this relationship. Maybe you’ve outgrown it. Don’t dwell on what was; look at what is. Should you attend or not? There’s no right or wrong answer, but trust your gut. What would the new and improved Annabeth do?

WHY DON’T WE ASK FOR HELP? We know that being helpful is good for our relationships, our customers’ experience and our business results. And, while we may be more than ready to provide help, asking for it is sometimes more of a challenge. You may not ask for help for practical reasons: • You don’t know who to ask: There is a subject matter expert out there somewhere, but you don’t know who that is. • You don’t want to take advantage of others: Your coworkers have enough to do. More commonly, a reluctance to ask for help is rooted in how you think and what you believe: • You’ve been “taught” that asking for help is a sign of weakness – and that doesn’t feel good.

HELP FUELS TEAM EFFECTIVENESS By JEAN MARIE JOHNSON If I asked: “How important is it for people to be helpful to one another at work?” How would you respond? Well, I have asked that question of many employees – people like you and me – and most quickly say: “Extremely, of course!” We know from our own lived experience that help from the people around us, in the many forms we receive it, is essential to our individual and team success. HELP MAKES THE DIFFERENCE Just ask McKinsey researcher Adam Grant who contends that, “The amount of help a group’s members give one another is among the strongest predictors of group effectiveness.” Consider that, after 9/11, a team of Harvard psychologists studied what makes intelligence units effective, concluding: “The single strongest predictor of group effectiveness was the amount of help that analysts gave to each other.”

“Direct requests for help between colleagues drive 75 to 90 percent of all the help exchanged within organizations.” That’s right – when in need at work and on the job, we turn to one another. THE EXPERIENCE OF BEING HELPFUL So, let’s take a more personal look. You’ve certainly asked a coworker, “Anything I can do to help?” or simply “Need help?” Now, what made you feel good about offering that help? Perhaps you’d say: •

I used my skills and strengths.

•

I drew from actual experience.

•

I invested in the outcome.

•

I helped my team’s results.

•

I invested in the relationship with my co-worker.

•

I helped my coworker solve a problem.

•

I helped my coworker develop.

Certainly, the circumstances that engendered • I felt good about contributing. these findings were singular and extreme. • I felt good about myself. And yet, the impact resonates with our own experience of working through complex problems and challenging customer situations. • You don’t want to look foolish or incompetent: You don’t want to lose face. LET’S RETHINK THIS These are realistic barriers, but they are surmountable when you reframe how you think about asking for help. For example: 1. Information and expertise are everywhere; it’s a matter of scouting them out. Begin to consciously identify each person’s strengths. Hmmm…Carlos is great with the new processing software. And Jenna has nailed the problem resolution protocol. And nobody generates sales leads like Cherise. Exactly! Your coworkers possess a pool of wisdom, talent and expertise that they are almost always willing to share, to help with. Just be sure to reciprocate when they need your help. 2. Your coworkers have a lot on their plate. So, make it easier for them to help you by being respectful of their time. Hey, Cherise… you are so awesome at generating sales leads. Do you think I can pick your brain for a few minutes at lunch sometime this week? New skillsets take time to develop, so plan accordingly; be intentional and strategic with your requests for help. 3. Our beliefs are the hardest to change. Consider what you know about the power of giving and receiving help at work. Imagine help as a network of information, support and goodwill that operates nonstop between people all the time. You can participate in this exchange when you begin to see that doing so is a sign of strength, professionalism and your personal commitment to growth and development. Help given and help received is powerful. It is key to expanding expertise, solving difficult problems, sharing the load and reinforcing our sense of team. Embrace it!

into this obscure idea of “finding time.” The truth is, finding time isn’t the problem. The problem is not creating time to clean the way you create time for everything else your busy family has on the agenda. We treat soccer practice and bus pick-up or dinner time as a “non-negotiable” part of the routine, but that can refer to cleaning, as well. Mark out a portion of a specific day of the week for certain tasks that you know need to be accomplished to ensure your spaces are tidy. Not everything will stay pristine, of course, but you’ll feel so much more in control.

ost families with kids can barely remember the series of events that unfolds Monday through Friday! Between getting the whole family ready to head out the door in the morning, prepping meals, going to work, and heading to multiple pick-up-and-drop-off scenarios at the end of the day, keeping the house clean can seem like a daunting task to add in!

Families often want to eliminate the unwelcome frustration and added stress of a messy, dirty, or disorganized home, but they haven’t necessarily figured out how to implement the steps they need to get there! If this sounds like you, keep reading for five simple ways to keep a clean house that can work for even the busiest of families.

#4 SET A 15-MINUTE TIMER TO #1 REDUCING CLUTTER BEFORE IT BEGINS “ATTACK CLEAN” You don’t have to “Marie Kondo” your entire home, but be realistic about which clutter you can eliminate. Does the corner of the entryway table get overthrown with random junk mail daily? Consider sorting through the mail outside and tossing the unimportant stuff into the can before coming in. Kids bringing home a sweet, but overwhelming amount of artwork from school weekly? Instead of shoving it on top of the fridge, choose your favorite pieces to display and take photos of the rest, rather than keeping every piece! If you know the garage is going to be a dumping ground for sports season in Spring, start getting rid of things now that the family doesn’t use to make space ahead of time and avoid a huge mess.

Remember that a little bit every day goes a long way! If you spend most days on the go, you’re not going to have a solid hour to clean house, but 15 minutes? You can absolutely find this chunk of time to focus on one or two things you can “attack.” Maybe it’s the kitchen counters driving you crazy or the kitty litter right now. Use that limited time to get to work and knock out whatever you decide to focus on. You may find you finish those one or two things quicker than you thought, so add in something else if you can. If your spouse or kids are home during this time, consider making it a family “attack,” where everyone has the same 15 minutes to rock out a single cleaning or picking-up project in that time frame!

You may have little boys who can’t quite hit their target in the bathroom or a cluttered kitchen island, making it impossible to get lunches packed up. The high-traffic parts of your home that you know create stress or overwhelm when they are left in mayhem need to be top priority. Every family will have a different answer for this! Before bed each night, consider having a few key things that you and your spouse are on the same page about regarding keeping them clean. If backpacks need to be hung up in the mudroom on hooks to prevent before-school chaos, then that’s a recurring priority before you head to bed. #3 BUILD CLEANING INTO THE FAMILY ROUTINE Everyone is guilty of saying, “I’ve got to find time to clean this house!” When things get crazy and the mess is overwhelming, we’re almost claiming fault, and therefore guilt, for our home being dirty and then leaning

Don’t for a second assume children are useless when it comes to keeping a clean house. While they may be the main messmakers, they are more than capable of taking on some tasks that align with their age. (Even toddlers can throw a toy or two into a basket!) Having non-toxic cleaning supplies such as water- and vinegar-based spray bottles or essential oil mixtures, for multi-surface cleaning that is safe for everyone involved, very helpful. Organizing supplies like garbage bags, microfiber cloths, paper towels, and your kid-safe cleaners in an easy-access spot in the house is key, so when it’s time to fix a quick mess or take time for those “15-minute attack cleans,” everyone knows where to get what they need! Start this week by choosing and implementing just one of these steps within your own household, and go from there! Once you have one of them down, move on to the next!
