David’s parents, Billy and Polly James spent summers taking David and his brother for summer trips to Lake Norman and have a home in Mooresville. Celebrating one year of service to the fitness community in Denver, NC, HIIT it Fit is a small, family owned and operated Group Fitness Studio that has allowed Chris & Katie Reavis the chance to fill a need they saw! Coming out of quarantine from the COVID-19 pandemic, they realized fitness enthusiasts in the area needed a place they could go to feel like family, be encouraged, and become stronger! Their mission is simple, and they couldn’t be more excited to share it: Spread the value of health and fitness, and its ability to create joy! That’s the message Chris & Katie are celebrating, with a boutique-style studio offering a variety of class styles and fitness levels every day.
