Kristin Hollingsworth
Kristin Hollingsworth is the studio director and new partner with Workplace Architecture + Design. She has a degree from East Carolina University in interior design and has 20 years of experience. Kristin moved from Charleston, SC to Winston Salem in 2013 after marrying her husband who is part owner of DARRAN Furniture, a family operated commercial furniture business in High Point. She has worked on a number of collaborative projects ranging from higher education and corporate, to hospitality and federal. Working with two of the largest architectural firms in the southeast, Kristin has gained the ability to communicate directly with clients to ascertain their design goals and needs, and prepare proposals for design services. She excels at implementing sophisticated and appropriate interior architecture from conceptual design through construction documentation. As a LEED AP, Kristin applies principals of sustainable design to all projects with specific application to LEED when required. Her background with major architectural firms has trained her to coordinate with engineers and consultants to achieve a fully integrated design, review and coordinate specifications, analyze product and construction costs to meet the clients’ budgets and objectives; and finally, to follow a project all the way through the construction administration phase to insure a successful project.

Ana Redfearn

Ana Redfearn is a full time entrepreneur born and raised in Brazil. Ana moved to the United States in 1997 to learn English and to pursue her goals and dreams. Ana is the owner of Special Moments Venue and Event Space, Ana’s Salon and IAR Investments, LLC (Real Estate) are all located here in the Triad. Ana is a courageous, loving, risk taker and people person that is very passionate about her family and seizing every happy moment in life. “I believe that every family deserves the opportunity to gather in unity to celebrate life’s special moments,” said Ana. Her mission is to create that safe place to inspire and promote community. Ana recently hosted an iChoose JOY Cancer Survivor Brunch at her venue that was birthed from knowing friends close to her battling this disease. She wanted them to know that they were not alone; they are celebrated and encouraged to still choose joy during their journey, surviving and thriving. Ana loves spending time with her son, Isaac, and watching him excel in his own dreams and goals. Ana also loves to travel the world and often goes back to Brazil where she spends time with her family allowing her to relax, reset and continue to be a visible, active part of her Brazilian community. Regina Steed
Regina Steed is the CEO and owner of RCS Entertainment, LLC and a physician recruiter for UCSF. She has a master’s in business administration and four and a half years of nursing recruitment experience. She started RCS Entertainment seven months ago. Always busy, when not working, she enjoys going to the gym, being a mental health advocate and spending time with her husband and three kids (ages 1, 2 and 8). “I love to laugh, motivate other women and thrive off life,” said Regina.
