General Information

The District reserves the right to cancel or modify any class and/or program.

Classes may be canceled three (3) business days prior to the start date if minimum enrollment is not met. Register early to avoid cancellation. Senior Discount (ages 55+) available on select programs. Each class/program/event may have special requirements, restrictions, and/or policies. View the details online or call 916-966-1036.

Refund Policy

The District reserves the right to adjust the refund policy. The policy does not apply to events, vendors, and select programs. Email registration@forpd.org for clarification.

- All refunds are required to submit a refund/transfer request form.

- A full refund will be issued if the District cancels the program or for medical reasons.

- No refunds will be issued after the class or program has had its second meeting.

- Any online convenience fee is non-refundable.

Junior Valkyries drama class

Spark your child’s imagination with drama classes designed just for 4–7-year-olds. Through fun, creative play, they’ll grow in confidence, boost their focus, and discover all they’re capable of.

Kidz Love Soccer

Parent & Me: (2-3.5yrs) Join in your toddler’s introduction to soccer & participate in the fun while helping your child to develop their motor and socialization skills.

Soccer 1: (5-6yrs) Players will learn dribbling, passing, defense and shooting goals! Fun skill games are played at every session, and every participant will have a ball at their feet.

Soccer 2: (7-10yrs) From defense and mid-field to forward and goalie...kids get exposure to playing every position and have a blast doing it. Appropriate for players of varying skill levels.

Learn To Kayak (all ages) - The easiest way for anyone to try kayaking. The stable kayaks and experienced instructors will show you how simple, safe and fun kayaking really is.

Learn to Kayak (50+) - Kayaking is great for fitness and it’s easy on the joints and body. Stable, user friendly kayaks make it easy for anyone.

Full Moon Paddles - We teach basic skills before cutting paths into the hidden swamps and channels of the lake beneath the setting sun and rising moon.

Tiny Turtles Play Group

Looking for a playful and engaging space for your toddler? Join us at Tiny Turtles Play Group! This open play session encourages little ones to explore, create, and discover at their own pace while giving parents the flexibility to attend when it works best for their schedule. Your child will enjoy self-guided art projects, sensory activities, and indoor/outdoor play alongside an accompanying adult. Children under 18 months are welcome with an additional registered child. pediatric CPR / AED / First Aid

The Pediatric First Aid Course covers CPR/AED and First Aid techniques for infants, children and adults. You will learn how to perform CPR and First Aid on small children as well as how to react during common injuries like bleeding, concussion, or sudden illness. .

Basic Horsemanship

Four week class that teaches about horses, their care and includes a 30-minute riding lesson in each class. The Western lifestyle and ranch setting are emphasized. Students learn about major breeds of horses, horse care, grooming, saddling, handling and feeding horses.

Foxy Fitness: Participants build stamina, overall strength, improve muscle, balance and muscle memory following a set sequence of moves.

Zumba Gold: Low intensity Zumba dance. Perfect for beginners. Builds stamina, endurance, and it’s fun.

Sport Walk: Boost health with a 30 minute easy to do walk that includes a warmup, different speed work, and HIIT intervals for seniors.

Stretch Lab: Stretching will relieve overall stiffness and boost energy levels.
