The District reserves the right to cancel or modify any class and/or program.

Classes may be canceled three (3) business days prior to the start date if minimum enrollment is not met. Register early to avoid cancellation. Senior Discount (ages 55+) available on select programs. Each class/program/event may have special requirements, restrictions, and/or policies. View the details online or call 916-966-1036.

Refund Policy

The District reserves the right to adjust the refund policy. The policy does not apply to events, vendors, and select programs. Email registration@forpd.org for clarification.

- All refunds are required to submit a refund/transfer request form.

- A full refund will be issued if the District cancels the program or for medical reasons.

- No refunds will be issued after the class or program has had its second meeting.

- Any online convenience fee is non-refundable.

Valkyrie Theatre

Students will learn stagecraft, character creation, musical theatre skills, and collaboration, building confidence through live performance. We empower students through theatre arts, teaching teamwork, respect, and self-confidence. Auditions will be held the first day of the workshop to determine what role each participant will have.

FAIR OAKS PRESCHOOL

2025-2026 School Year Open Enrollment

Enrollment for the 2025-2026 School Year is now open. Contact the Preschool Director, Mary Stoakley at mstoakley@forpd.org or visit forpd.org/preschool for complete details. Online waitlist sign-ups will be available if a class fills.

Registration & Tuition

A yearly, non-refundable registration fee of $95 is due at the time of registration. Required paperwork will be completed following registration. Tuition is paid on a monthly basis and the child is registered from Aug 2025 – May 2026 unless formal withdrawal is submitted.

Class Offerings

Fair Oaks Preschool is a recreation-based, license-exempt program that focuses on the social development of children ages three (3) through five (5) years old.

M/W/F AM & Tu/Th AM: At our vibrant preschool, we offer an exciting program for three to five-year-olds that’s all about exploration, socialization, and friendship! In this school, we meet children where they are, and work alongside families to provide them with the tools they need as they grow and develop in their preschool years. Little ones will dive into a world of fun, as cooperation and sharing are emphasized in games, music and movement, arts and crafts, academics, and supervised free play throughout the year. Come join the fun and watch your child thrive in a place filled with laughter, learning, and new friends!
