TURRET MILLING MACHINES With a range of milling machines including the legendary Bridgeport Turret Mill (see page 3) and the established EUROPA milltech range of milling products, we have been supplying and supporting UK manufacturing and education establishments for over 30 years. The EUROPA milltech 1000VS is designed for higher and further education with reduced longitudinal travels and a reduced column height, it is ideal where space is limited, and the machine operator can reach the drawbar with more comfort.

The EUROPA milltech 5000VS is for todays demanding milling applications, offering increased table travels and capacities. It provides a 500Kg table load with a 3.75Kw spindle motor which drives an industry standard ISO.40 taper. Power rise and fall is standard equipment on the 5000VS. Machine control options are from the manufacturer of one of the Worldâ€™s largest milling CNC controls: Heidenhain.

SAWING From woodworking to metalworking, the range of sawing machines includes many different types. Vertical bandsaws for intricate work where the operator controls the cut. Common in metalworking and woodworking workshops. Horizontal bandsaws and Hacksaws are used for cutting stock material to size and feature mitring capability for cutting of angles. Hacksaws provide one of the smallest footprints for a sawing machine on the market. Circular cut off saws for fast and accurate sawing of small diameter and section stock material. Pulldown bandsaws for sawing of stock material and known for their space saving attributes. Table, panel and cross cut mitre saws are essential for the accurate cutting of timber and sheets of material. Cross cut saws are suited to the sawing of sections / timber.
