WHERE LIFESTYLE MEETS LEISURE Sport For team sports enthusiasts, there are a number of top-tier amateur-level clubs nearby offering football, hockey, rugby, cricket, and tennis.

Runners and walkers have many local parks and commons to choose from, whilst the gym-goers have options to suit all budgets from Anytime Fitness, to David Lloyd and Third Space.

Cyclists are spoilt for choice with Richmond Park’s Tour de Richmond, Boxhill, and for mountain bikers the Surrey Hills.

SPORT AND THEATRE TAKE CENTRE STAGE Theatre lovers need not travel to the West End. Kingston has South West London’s largest producing theatre, The Rose, whilst in Wimbledon there is the Grade II listed masterpiece, the New London Theatre. Both play host to some of the biggest plays, musicals and performances from around the world. There is also the Polka that creates world-class theatre to entertain and inspire young audiences.

London has no less than seven Premier League football teams, and two Premiership rugby teams.

For horse racing enthusiasts, there are three racecourses within 45 minutes of the property, including the Home of English flat racing, Epsom Downs, and venue of the Grade 1 King George VI Chase, Kempton Park. The Home of England Rugby, Twickenham, is conveniently positioned on the far side of Richmond Park.
