Dear Forest Ridge Community, As Chair of the Board of Trustees and Head of School, we are charged with leading oversight of the governance and management, respectively, of this exceptional educational community. In an effort to inform you about the School’s strategic and operational goals, as well as its finances, we have prepared this State of the School report. Our work is possible and successful with the help of our Forest Ridge community. During these challenging times of the pandemic, you have entrusted us with your daughters, become involved in the life of the School and have supported the School financially. We are proud of the work of our students, our faculty and staff and our families. We are grateful for your partnership. To achieve our mission of educating our students to be competent, confident and courageous young women, we must continue to attract and retain talented girls who strive for academic excellence rooted in Sacred Heart values. We are happy to report that enrollment numbers increased by 29 students (10%) in 2021-2022, and student retention continued its upward trend for the past three years to 90%, aligning with national trends across all National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) members.
