DRESS CODE
Clubhouse
1. Dress Code – Appropriate Country Club attire including golf attire are appropriate in all dining and function rooms at the Club, provided the clothes are neat and clean in appearance and are not wrinkled, torn or frayed. Swimwear and Tennis attire are prohibited in the clubhouse and a la carte dining areas.
Men: Shirts must be collared or turtleneck. Shirttails should be tucked in except when the shirt is designed to be worn untucked. Denim clothing in good clean repair is allowed at the Club except at any Club event where the membership is notified that denim is not allowed. Golf style hoodies are allowed when worn over a collared shirt with the hood down, but workout or casual hoodies are not permitted. Tee shirts, cargo pants and cargo shorts are not permitted. Hats are prohibited inside the Clubhouse except the 19th Hole and Golf Shop. Hats are allowed in our outdoor dining spaces. All hats must always be worn forward.
Women: Skirts, shorts or skorts must be an appropriate length. Women’s shirts may be with or without a collar. Denim clothing in good clean repair is allowed at the Club except at any Club event where the membership is notified that denim is not allowed. Golf style hoodies are allowed with the hood down, but workout or casual hoodies are not permitted. Tee shirts, tank tops, tube tops, and halter tops are not permitted. Women may wear hats inside the clubhouse. All hats must always be worn forward.
Ladies and men may wear opened-toed dress sandals in the Clubhouse. Traditional “beach” style flip-flops are only permitted at the pool area and on the Lower Patio.
2. Children, thirteen (13) years and older, are subject to the adult dress code.
3. Members are responsible for their guests’ compliance with the dress code.
4. Watch Parties: Clubhouse dress code is required with the exception of team jerseys in designated watch party areas only.
Golf
5. Dress Code – Appropriate attire must be worn on the Valley and Championship golf course, as well as all practice facilities, including the practice greens and short game area.
Men: Collared shirts are required and must be tucked in at all times. Tee shirts are not permitted. Long slacks other than denim are acceptable and must be neat in appearance. Golf shorts or Bermuda style shorts are permitted. Cargo pants, cargo shorts, and athletic (fitness) wear are not permitted. Hats must be worn forward. Golf style hoodies are allowed but workout or casual hoodies are not permitted.
Women: Skirts, full length slacks, capri pants, or walking shorts or skorts of appropriate length are required. Racerback style shirts must have a collar or mock collar. Collared shirts,
turtlenecks or shirts without collars are permitted but tank tops, tee shirts, blue jeans or other denim clothing, cargo pants or shorts, and athletic (fitness) wear are not permitted. Hats must be worn forward.
Junior golfers are required to adhere to the respective men’s and women’s dress code.
Members are responsible for their guests’ compliance with the dress code. Specialty items from the Golf Shop for casual wear are not permissible golf attire.
Aquatic Center
6. Dress Code - Proper swimming attire is confined to the Aquatic Center, Cafe and Swim Locker Rooms. As this is a family-friendly environment, swimsuits with proper body coverage are required. Swimming cover-ups are required when walking to and from Member parking areas and accessing Men's & Ladies' golf locker rooms. Traditional "beach" style flip-flops are only permitted at the Aquatic Center, Cafe and Swim Locker Rooms. Hats are permitted to be worn forward or backward at the Aquatic Center, Cafe and Swim Locker Rooms.
7. Unacceptable attire includes but is not limited to; revealing or risque swimwear cuts (i.e. thongs and Brazilian cuts), cutoff shirts and shorts, including denim cutoffs, and cargo-style shorts.
Bocce Courts
8. Proper Clubhouse attire is required during all Bocce League Seasons and when using the Bocce Courts outside of the pool season. During the pool season, swim attire is acceptable, however close toed shoes are recommended.
Racquets Sports
9. Proper tennis attire and non-marking shoes are required for all players. Shirts must be worn at all times. No track shorts, denim, cutoffs, jogging shorts, swimsuits or tank tops will be permitted.
Fitness Center
10. Members are required to wear proper, conservative athletic attire and shoes. Shirts must be worn at all times. Athletic (fitness) wear, sweatshirts and warm-up suits are only permitted in the Fitness Center, Café, Lower Patio and when walking to and from the member parking area, and accessing men’s and women’s locker rooms. Athletic workout attire is not permitted in the Club’s dining rooms, 19th Hole, Golf Shop and Dutch’s Lounge. Persons in athletic workout attire who need access to the golf locker rooms will be required to enter/exit through the lower golfing entrance adjacent to the Golf Shop.
