Healing Together:
Supports Grieving Families On the second day of December, professional facilitators and volunteers gathered at the Wildenthal Conference Center on the Faith Presbyterian Hospice Campus. Their mission: to spearhead the 10th Annual Camp Faith —a grief camp created in 2013, tailored for children and families navigating the challenges of recent loss. Read more.

SERVICES HELD
On December 14, Faith Presbyterian Hospice hosted its annual Winter Memorial, offering solace to more than 100 individuals who gathered at the Spiritual Care Center on the T. Boone Pickens Hospice Center Campus. The event, featuring both a 2 p.m. and a 6:30 p.m. service, became a sanctuary for families seeking to honor and celebrate the lives of those they hold dear. MEMORIAL ARCH
Forefront Living Foundation (FLF) teammates were honored to attend the North Texas Business Aviation Association (NTBAA) Community xx Galaxy FBO, Holiday Party and Toy Drive, held on December 7, at Addison Airport. The event featured an array of offerings, including food trucks, live music and a raffle. However, the highlight of the evening was the spirit of giving as NTBAA members presented FLF with toys and funds they collected to support those served by the Faith Presbyterian Hospice (FPH) Child and Family Bereavement Center. Forefront Living was a proud sponsor of the 8th Annual Faith & Grief Memorial Arch at Klyde Warren Park from November 26 – December 17. Everyone was invited to honor their loved ones by writing their names on ribbons and tying them to the Arch as a symbol of remembrance. Read more.

OAW OAW Celebrates the Season
The Outlook at Windhaven recently hosted a fun-filled Holiday Party where VIPs were encouraged to wear their most festive sweater to the seasonal gathering. The merry event was held at Plano’s Haggard Party Barn, with more than 100 VIPs in attendance, as well Forefront Living leadership teammates. Read more.

Lynn Harris Lynn and her late husband Ron moved to Dallas soon after they were married in 1973. Over the years, they relocated from Dallas to Garland to Plano to McKinney. Lynn and Ron spent several years looking at senior living locales. They even placed a down payment elsewhere when they caught wind of The Outlook at Windhaven in a newspaper article. Read more.

The spirit of Hanukkah filled Presbyterian Village North on December 7 as residents and teammates came together to kick off the Festival of Lights with a special dinner and program. It was a joyous occasion that brought members of the community closer, fostering unity and understanding. Read more.
CANDLELIGHT DINNERS ILLUMINATE THE SEASON Presbyterian Village North (PVN) held its traditional Candlelight Dinners on the evenings of December 12-13, in the Reflections Dining Room. More than 350 total attendees enjoyed fellowship, followed by a delightful meal expertly prepared by PVN’s culinary team. Read more.
STUDENTS RECEIVE VIRTUAL HISTORY LESSON

Mrs. Gordon and Mrs. Rhoades’ 6th-grade Contemporary World class at Lamar Middle School in Flower Mound, Texas, enjoyed a unique virtual journey through time. The students engaged in a special Zoom meeting with a living legend, John “Lucky” Luckadoo, a 101-year-old resident of Presbyterian Village North and a WWII Veteran. Read more.
UPLIFT LIFTS SPIRITS In a heartwarming display of thoughtfulness, students from Uplift, the special needs young adult class at Wind Rose Academy in Plano, recently crafted and distributed 70 seasonal goody bags to the residents of Presbyterian Village North. Read more.
Residents Exceed Fundraising Goal Every year, Presbyterian Village North residents participate in raising funds for the Teammate Appreciation Fund. Read more.
