This is going to be a challenging game for us, Ashvale have improved massively compared to last season and coming from a 8-1 victory on the weekend their confidence is going to be sky high!
We back ourself to improve on our midweek loss and come into the game with a determination to turn our results around, we strongly believe our performances haven’t deserved the results we’ve had however our ability to control matches isn’t there yet but with time this team will start to develop on field relationships that we believe will help us progress up the table!

Maesycwmmer FC vs Twyn-Y-Ffald FC
Maesycwmmer FC 3-3 Twyn-Y-Yffald FC (League)
Maesycwmmer FC vs RTB Ebbw Vale FC Reserves
Maesycwmmer FC 1-2 Ebbw Vale FC Reserves (Cup)
Rassau AFC vs Maesycwmmer FC
Rassau 9-2 Maesycwmmer FC (League)

Our last match was against a very good Rassau
that will definitely be up the top end of the table come the end of the season.
The game has helped the management team identify areas that we need to improve on and we have already started working on these in training which will hopefully help to turn results into wins.
As a club we truly feel that we have an amazing group of players not only on the pitch but also off it with outstanding friendships building which was evidenced by the number of boys going back to the opposition clubhouse after a wet midweek away fixture!
Watch this space, come the end of the season this team will be a different problem for the opposition.
Uppa Maesy
