引言Introduction 当你爱一个人、关心一件事，你往往会“忍不住”做一 些事情。 When you love someone or care deeply about something, you often “cannot help” but do something about it.

1. 爱，不单有感动，也有行动 Love is not just feeling, but also action（3:1–5）

2. 爱，不是单向付出，而是彼此得生 Love is not one-way giving, but mutual life-giving（3:6–10）

3. 爱，不是呆滞，而是持续成长 Love is not stagnant, but continuously growing（3:11–12）

4. 爱，能坚固我们，预备迎见主 Love strengthens us and prepares us to meet the Lord（3:13）

总结Summary： 只要爱仍在，教会就仍然年轻。 As long as love remains, the church remains young

3. 爱要持续成长Love must continue to grow 面对新的世代、新的邻舍（教会对面的新邻居）、新 的方式，你心中最大的挣扎是什么？可以如何在祷告 中交托？ Facing new generations, new neighbours (such as the new people across from the church), and new ways, what is your greatest struggle? How can you surrender it in prayer?
