Discussion Questions
1. Why do you think God included a shared meal in the Peace Offering? What does that say about worship as a communal experience, not just an individual one? How does your experience of fellowship in church reflect or fall short of this picture?
2. The Peace Offering was joyful, but it still required holiness and purity. How do we balance joyful worship with reverence and respect for God’s holiness today? Are there any ways you’ve been approaching God casually or distractedly that need to be surrendered to Him?
3. Jesus is our true peace. How can we “come to the table” daily not just at Holy Communion, but in our personal walk with Him? What does living at peace with God look like practically in your daily life?
