• In our small group or church today, what are some “spiritual toxins”, for example gossip, unresolved conflict, or hidden struggles, that can quietly affect our spiritual health?
• What might honest confession, repentance, or reconciliation look like in a Christ-centred way in our relationships today?
2. Practising Personal Holiness (Numbers 6:1–21)
• In this season of Lent, what is one comfort or habit you sense God inviting you to set aside so that you can draw closer to Him?

3. Proclaiming God’s Blessings (Numbers 6:22–27)
• How does knowing that holiness flows from God’s grace, not our perfection, shape the way you pursue spiritual growth?
• What might it look like for us to become people who carry and speak God’s blessing to family members or friends who may not yet know Christ?
