SMALL GROUP DISCUSSION QUESTIONS
Question 1 Unity in Diversity: Every Gift Is Seen
• What does it mean to you personally that God ‘individually records’ your offering, your service, and your sacrifice?
• Is there a ministry or act of service you have been doing quietly that you have wondered if God notices? Share with the group.
Question 2 — Unity in Consecration: Purified and Identified
• What might it look like for us, practically, to "lay hands" on and support another ministry or language group in our church during this Lenten season?
• What might it look like to truly say to another ministry, ‘Your service is our service’?
Question 3 — Unity in Purpose: Different Roles, One Body
• Which of the three Levite families (Gershonite, Merarite, Kohathite) best describes your current calling in the church?
• Do you feel the church provides the ‘wagons’ the support and resources you need for your particular role?
Follow-up: How can your small group specifically honour and ‘lay hands on’ those in the congregation who carry the unseen, structural, or intercessory load? Pray together for one named servant-leader or ministry at FMC.
