SERMON NOTES

Discussion Questions

1. Leviticus 13 shows how uncleanness leads to isolation. In what ways does sin still isolate people today spiritually, relationally, emotionally? Can you think of a time when hidden sin or guilt created distance between you and God or others? How can the church or small group help break cycles of shame and isolation?

2. Leviticus 14 shows that cleansing is not casual; it’s costly, restorative, and leads to a new identity. How does this shape the way we think about repentance and holiness today? What’s the difference between “looking clean” and “being cleansed”? What helps you experience ongoing restoration in your walk with Jesus?

3. Jesus touched the leper and said, “I am willing. Be clean.” Who around you might need to hear or feel that truth today? How can your group live out the message of restoration this week? Are there people you know who feel “outside the camp”? What practical ways can your group extend Christ’s compassion and welcome to others?
