TODAY’S SPEAKER
Luke Zachary Ng has dedicated the past 20 years to serving in Youth and Children’s Ministry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and a Master of Arts in Ministry. Before joining Scripture Union Singapore, he worked as a full-time minister in a local church, where he was involved in the Next-Gen ministry.
Currently, Luke serves as the Ministry Head at Scripture Union Singapore, overseeing both the children’s and youth ministries. He collaborates closely with the heads of each ministry to define their direction. Luke attends Bartley Christian Church, where he is also the head of Youth and Young Adult Ministries in the Chinese congregation.
His passion lies in nurturing a God-fearing generation through intentional discipleship. He is happily married to Katherine, and together they have an adorable son named Ashton.

1. Why is it important for parents to be the primary disciple-makers for their children instead of "outsourcing" this role to Sunday school teachers, youth leaders, or pastors? (Proverbs 22:6)
2. What challenges or circumstances that may hinder parents from being involved in disciple-making? (e.g. lack of knowledge on how to proceed, fear, busyness, etc.)
3. What struggles are children and youth currently facing at home, in school, or outside of school? (e.g. academic pressure, peer pressure, social media, anxiety, etc.)
4. How can I contribute to the larger church community to support intergenerational discipleship? (Consider the Head 'Intellectual', Hands 'Practical', and Heart 'Emotional' aspects.)
