FMC STAFF RETREAT 2023
We are grateful to God for His provision during the FMC staff retreat held in Langkawi from 25-28 September. The pastoral and admin staff had a valuable time away from their daily routine, spending four days in prayer, worship, and dreaming for FMC 2024. The informal time of fun helped build bonds among the staff, and we drafted the direction for next year, trusting the Lord to lead us. We thank the church for upholding the retreat in prayer. Together, we are one family trusting God.
NEW DEVELOPMENT ON FMC PRESCHOOL
Methodist Preschool Services (MPS) decided not to continue operating Foochow Methodist Church Preschool and notified the church. After careful consideration, LCEC has decided to take back ownership and continue running it as part of our church ministry to reach out to the community. During this transition, we will ensure minimal or no disruption to the parents and children who are in our preschool.
In light of this decision, we kindly ask for your prayers and support for the Foochow Methodist Church Preschool committee as they chart our church preschool's direction. Together, let us continue to serve and nurture our community through faith and education.
