There will be a FMC memorial service to remember members we have known and loved who have passed on during the last 36 months. It is a time where we gather with those who have been bereaved, to renew our trust and confidence in Christ.

1. How does our culture tend to view marriage between people? How do you think these views are similar to or different from the scriptures?
2. Considering the Jews had just recently moved to a new home far from Persia, what factors might have made such marriages seem acceptable to them at the time?
3. What does it mean to be unequally yoked? What can you learn about intermarriage from the “ox and plow” metaphor? Do you think that marriage between believers could also be “unequally yoked” in some ways?
4. How do these passages affect your views of marriage? How do they affect your views on divorce or singleness? How do these teachings apply in your own life?
