• Mdm Ling Siok Jiew returned home to the Lord on Sat, 30 Oct.
• Mdm Lee Bih Yuk (Thiam Boon Kiap Simon's mother, Mandarin Service) returned home to the Lord on Thursday, 4 November 2021. Cortege leaves on Sunday 7 November 2021 at 3pm for Mandai Crematorium Hall 3 for cremation at 4.30pm.
Please uphold their family in prayers.
3. Local Ministry Staff (Small Group Ministry-English)
Foochow Methodist Church is seeking individuals who are passionate and committed to disciple, grow and support our church's Small Group Ministry.

Tutors Needed for OSC Tuition Ministry
As we are approaching the New Year, tuition ministry needs at least 4 tutors to help the students. Preferably (but not necessary) someone who has some knowledge of Zoom, training will be provided.

6. The 46th Session of the CAC
The 46th Session of The Chinese Annual Conference will be held from 1518 November 2021 at Hakka Methodist Church. The details of the Opening and Closing services are as follows:
• Opening Service
Date: 15 November 2021 (Monday) | Time: 7.30 pm
• Ordination, Retirement, Appointment cum Closing Service
Date: 18 November 2021 (Thursday) | Time: 7.30 pm
In view of Covid-19 social and safe distancing measures, both services are to limit to 150 (ministerial and lay delegates) to be present at Hakka Methodist Church. All CAC church members are invited to join both live streaming services.

Registration begins TODAY, 7 Nov, 2pm.

Confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp by 12 Nov, Friday. For cancellation, please reply to the confirmation WhatsApp ASAP.
The Fully Vaccinated Service:
All remain masked. Seating will be in Zones of 50 pax.
• 8am svc @ L2 Sanctuary.
• 11.30am svc @ L3 Sanctuary.
Safety Measures:
a) Pre-event testing: Not required in a fully vaccinated service. Required if there are more than 50 pax in an unvaccinated service.
b) Please check in using the TraceTogether token or app.
c) Show Proof of Vaccination status
d) All congregants attending worship service are to sit in groups of maximum 2 pax. This applies to all, including families. This will mean that you will be seated in the following combinations;
• 1 to 2 adults Or
• 1 adult and 1 child

iii. Call the Office if you have not received your CONFIRMATION.
iv. CONFIRMATION is needed to attend the service.
