PRAYER SUPPORT FOR LOH MEI LIN (3-MONTH MISSION TRIP TO KOCHI GRACE CHURCH, JAPAN) JANUARY TO MARCH 2025
Prayer Pointers
1. For Kochi Grace Church (KGC) in Shikoku, Japan

KGC is a small church with about 20 members physically attending church, pastored by Pastor Saeki and his wife, Yuki san. Those unable to attend will watch online. There has been a series of accidents and unexpected illness the past months.
• For KGC, her members and the community around it, that Holy Spirit will protect and provide for them despite the accidents/incidents.
• That members will continue to put their faith in God and await His blessings and miracles.
• That the church will be a testimony to the community around it.
2. For English Class - Outreach Program
• For wisdom to adapt and be flexible to adjust to changes
• To build a wonderful relationship to the children and mothers
3. Loh Mei Lin
• Housing: That the documentation process with the property agent there will be smooth
Moving in on 13 Jan and will stay 2 weeks in the church
• That I will be alert and prepared for whatever God has already planned
• That God will show me other areas of outreach opportunities (e.g. the Asakura Campus of the Kochi University, near where I will live)
• That God will download the Japanese language ability in my "old brain" aka the miracle of speaking in tongues!
• That I will have a wonderful relationship with Pastor Saeki and his wife, Yuki san, the church members and the community
• Not to be anxious of any setbacks cos He has already prepared the way and impede the enemy
Receipt Issuance
As part of the efforts to go Green, except for "Sunday offerings", e-receipts would be sent to your email or mobile phone registered with our church unless otherwise advised. No receipt would be issued for offerings indicated as "Sunday offerings" or collections that have no specific indication.
e-Receipts will be sent to you via the Church WhatsApp number. We assure members that such e-receipts are NOT sent as broadcast messages to the whole church.

Sermon Outline
1. No matter past successes or failures, still follow Jesus.
2. No matter what tomorrow holds, still follow Jesus.
3. No matter whether others follow, still follow Jesus.
Discussion Questions
1. What past successes or failures are you holding onto that might be hindering your ability to love and follow Jesus with a fresh and wholehearted commitment? How can you release them to deepen your relationship with Him?
2. In John 21, Jesus warned Peter that following Him would lead to harder challenges as he aged. What specific obstacles are you currently facing in your walk with Jesus? What personal rights or expectations might you need to surrender in order to follow Him more faithfully?
3. Are you involved in church activities primarily because of the influence of others, or are you motivated by a personal relationship with God? How would your faith journey change if those people were no longer around? In what ways can you cultivate a more independent walk with God that is not dependent on others’ presence or influence?
