• TELOK AYER CHINESE METHODIST CHURCH - Administrative Executive
Reporting to the Operations & HR Manager, the incumbent will provide admin support for the smooth running of church office and ministries.
Candidates should possess at least a diploma in any discipline or equivalent. At least 2 to 3 years of office administration experience with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job duties include:
• Prepare notices/announcements/slides for services/emails.
• Ability to type Chinese characters using Hanyu Pinyin.
• Manage church facilities bookings/coordinate with facilities staff.
• Manage church membership software/records updating.
• Administration of columbarium enquiries/donations/interment/ annual memorial service.
• Liaise with Chinese Annual Conference on statistics and surveys.
• Provide admin support to Pastoral Team on wake services/holy communion elements.
• Liaise with wedding couples on venue usage matters
• Handle general office administration such as phone calls/mails distribution/general procurement/leave records.
• Ability to work on alternate Saturday, off-in-lieu given on Friday.
