6. FMC Sunday School Survey
Dear parents,
FMC Sunday School is doing a survey to seek your feedback on your experiences with our onsite and online Sunday School, as well as your input regarding onsite services. One key priority of FMC for 2022 is to bring our members back to church and to grow together as a community in Christ.
Your feedback will provide valuable input on how to better facilitate and support onsite Sunday School moving forward.

8. FMC Covid Case Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
We would like to share with you the SOP that our church will adopt with immediate effect in the unfortunate event that a worshipper tests positive for Covid-19 after attending service:
FMC Covid Case Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
1. If a worshipper is tested positive within 3 days after attending service, he/she should inform the Church Office immediately.
2. The Church Office will proceed to carry out the necessary additional cleaning and disinfection of the sanctuary.
3. Close contacts of the affected worshipper will be informed by the Ministry of Health (MOH) via a Health Risk Warning (HRW).
Although we had been sharing information of such cases with all worshippers in the past, from February 2022 onwards, we will take photos weekly of each service and the Church Office will inform worshipers sitting at the same row, and rows before and after the affected person, for their heads up and to advise them to monitor themselves. If they receive a HRW, they are to follow the existing MOH protocol.
May the Lord watch over all of us as we traverse through these challenging times!

Registration for English 20 February 2022 Worship Service
Registration begins TODAY, 13 February 2022 , 9am.
Registration ends 16 February, 12pm.
Confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp by 18 February, Friday. For cancellation, please reply to the confirmation WhatsApp ASAP.
The Fully Vaccinated Service:
All remain masked. Seating will be in Zones of 100 pax.
• 8am svc @ L2 Sanctuary
• 11.30am svc @ L3 Sanctuary.
• 4pm svc @ L3 Sanctuary
We welcome all fully vaccinated brothers and sisters to attend our weekly on-site services.
Safety Measures:
a) A person's fully vaccinated status will lapse nine months after the last dose of their primary vaccination series. From Feb 14, Singapore will require those aged 18 and above to get a Covid-19 booster jab to maintain one's fully vaccinated status.
b) Those who are unvaccinated will not be allowed to attend worship services. Unless they are:
1) 12 years old and under, or
2) Recovered from COVID-19 (within 180 days)
c) As per the new advisory released by MCCY on 1 Feb 2022:

i. Register indicating the Service Timing.
ii. CONFIRMATION completes your Registration.
iii. Call the Office if you have not received your CONFIRMATION.
iv. CONFIRMATION is needed to attend the service.
After The Service
i. Leave the church premises immediately.
ii. Avoid mingling and socializing in the church
Code for FMC Offerings is on the right:
1) Receipts will be mailed to FMC members.
2) You can contact Church Office at 62938757, if
a) You are a worshipper and you would like to receive a receipt.
b) If you have any clarifications regarding your offering.
