Rev Dr Bernard Chao is a lecturer in Practical Theology at Trinity Theological College. Bernard is an ordained elder of The Methodist Church in Singapore (Trinity Annual Conference) and has been a Methodist pastor since 2005. He also serves as Associate Brigade Chaplain of The Boys’ Brigade in Singapore.
4. TTC (Trinity Theological College) Sunday
TTC was founded in 1948. It was during the Second World War that missionaries interned at Changi Prison envisioned the establishment of a union college which was later given its present name. Through the support of partner-churches, friends and donors, TTC continues to fulfill her mission of “equipping the saints and engaging the world” (Ephesians 4:12, 13).

All remain masked. Seating will be in Zones of 50 pax.

My Prayer Request
As of 6 October, we received 22 submissions requesting prayer requests for 51 pre-believing family members. Keep the names coming in. Pray fervently. Names will be submitted to the Prayer Ministry for prayer1. That the Holy Spirit stir the hearts of our loved ones as they see the joy of our lives which bear witness to the Lord.
2. That God lead and guide us as we pray for our loved ones to draw them to seek God.
My Testimony
When we share our testimony, it is not just about how our lives have been changed, it is also to remember and celebrate God’s goodness and faithfulness, to share a story of Hope in God and most of all, to glorify His name! Tell your story today! Testimonies will be screened during worship service and shared on the FMC website.

Ministry Principle No. 1
We disciple our children by first learning to obey, living in obedience, and leading by modelling faithfulness.
QUESTIONS: How is your faith? How is your walk with our Lord Jesus? What are you modelling?
Family Ministry Principle No. 2
Discipling our children involves the intentional transmission of faith with the whole of our lives, the whole of the time.
QUESTION: Will you take responsibility for and plan intentionally how you as parents or you as a faith community will transmit the faith, not just on Sundays, not just at church programs, but all of the time?
Family Ministry Principle No. 3
Discipleship happens in each generation, and with each person, when they choose to trust, love, and obey God, for themselves.
QUESTIONS: To those who are children, teenagers, or on the cusp of adulthood: Have you intentionally chosen for yourself? Have you forgotten what you chose some time ago?
