FOREWORD

Welcome.

All praise & glory unto our Lord who has enabled us to physically gather for FMC Reunion 2026

As we gather for a time of retreat, we seek to refresh, renew and realign our hearts with the Lord, anticipating the transformative power of engaging His Word and the fellowship with fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.

Beyond our personal growth, I pray that this camp will encourage you to care deeply for one another and strengthen the sense of community among us. May we learn to serve, support, and love others beyond the four walls of our church as Christ has loved us.

Finally, be challenged and inspired to live a life that honours God daily As it says in Ephesians 4:1, “I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received.” May the lessons learnt continue to shape your faith and guide you to walk with Him long after the camp has ended

“Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” - Ephesians 4:32

God Bless.

FMC Reunion: One in Christ, One in Mission

CAMPOBJECTIVES

“There is one body and one Spirit just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call.”

Ephesians 4:4

Our church camp is a precious opportunity for you and I to gather for a family reunion. Join us as we contemplate the book of Ephesians: What it means to be one spiritual family chosen by grace, reconciled through Christ, built up by love, and sent out to reach many with the gospel. Like a family photo (全家 福), we long to see every generation standing side by side in gospel work, reflecting God’s beautiful design for His church.

Whether you are young or old, new or a long-time member, this camp is for you to renew, reconnect, and realign as one FMC family:

RENEW your heart & mind Spend unhurried time with God in His Word, contemplating what God has done for us in Christ

RECONNECT with God and one another Meet with others you have never spoken with before, as we discover what binds us together in Christ

REALIGN with God’s mission — Learn about your role in God’s mission to reach many with the gospel as one FMC family

Ephesians 4:1-16

Paul urges us to live lives worthy of our calling by being humble, gentle, and patient. We must make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace, recognizing we are one body with one Lord. Christ has given unique gifts to each person— apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers—to equip the saints for works of service. This collective effort builds up the body of Christ until we all reach maturity and stability in Him.

Reflection

Unity isn't a suggestion; it’s a calling that requires intentional effort. Am I using my unique spiritual gifts to build up others, or am I standing on the sidelines? Today, let’s ask the Lord to show us how we can contribute to the growth and maturity of our church community.

In Christ, We Are Family

Ephesians 1:3–14

Introduction

Chosen before we were anything (vv. 3–6)

Discussion questions:

1.Think of someone at church from a very different generation from you. What is one thing you genuinely appreciate about them?

Redeemed into a shared story (vv. 7–12)

2.How does learning the truths today change how you see the person you just mentioned, as well as other people in church?

Sealed by one Spirit, waiting for one future (vv. 13–14)

3.Name one small, specific thing you will do this camp to treat someone from a different generation as true family in Christ.

Conclusion

Breaking Walls, Building Belonging

Ephesians 2:11–22

Introduction

Discussion questions:

1.What “walls” between people in church do you still notice today? Which ones affect you most?

Remember who you were (vv. 11–12)

2.How can what we learn today help break down some of these walls?

See what Christ has done (vv. 13–18)

3.Who are some people you can intentionally connect with at this camp—and how?

Live as one new family (vv. 19–22)

Conclusion

One Body, Many Roles

Ephesians 4:1–16

Introduction

Walk Worthy of Your Calling (vv. 1–6)

Every Member Has a Role (vv. 7–12)

Grow Into Maturity Together (vv. 13–16)

Conclusion

Discussion questions:

1.Which of the “unity attitudes” (humility, gentleness, patience, etc.) is hardest for you?

2.What do you think your role is in the church body?

3.What is one way you can help someone else grow in Christ?
