To demo an existing bathroom will require a skilled trade as there is heavy machinery required i e jackhammer

The plumber needs to disconnect your water prior to demo. The plumber will come back for rough in and fit off.

The electrician needs to disconnect your power prior to demo. The electrician will come back for rough in and fit off

Your tiler should also have a waterproofing license - make sure you ask this. They will tile, grout, and silicone your bathroom. Ensure you specify what grout and silicone colour you want.
