TRADES NEEDED/ KITCHEN

If you have a builder on board for your renovation, he will organise the trades. This trade list is for those that are self implementing their project and hiring trades themselves

To demo an existing kitchen (if applicable). You may be able to take this job on yourselves, just make sure the appliances and/or gas and power have been disconnected by a certified trade prior.

The plumber needs to disconnect your old sink and cooktop (if gas) prior to demo Once everything has been installed, the plumber will come back to reinstall cooktop (if gas), water and taps.

E L E C T R I C I A N

The electrician will disconnect your old power outlets (GPOS) prior to the demo and move/add power (if applicable) to areas needed for the new design Once the kitchen is nearing completion, the electrician will come back and fit off power and install the oven, rangehood, electric (induction) cooktop.
