UPCOMING AMBASSADOR EVENT
KIDSFEST 2011 Date: Sunday June 12th Time: 2:30pm – 5:00pm Location: The Forks Meeting Point: Volunteer Tent (E1 please see map) Ethnic attire and pavilion sash required
I will be at the volunteer tent to register ambassadors. Please note there is no place to leave any bags or purses so please make every effort not to bring any. From 2:30pm to 4pm we will be handing out tattoos, promotional material and talking to people. At 4pm we will gather again at the volunteer tent to take part in a percussion procession to the Grand Finale, please remember to bring a noisemaker with you for the parade: e.g. tambourines, whistles shakers etc. Parking spaces around The Forks are now limited due to the construction of the museum so car pooling and public transit is strongly encouraged.
