Set in Geyserville, The Banshee Homes are private wine country rentals made for r expressive wines, and easy access to Northern Sonoma County. This is not a stiff, wine country. It is a place to settle in, turn the volume down when the night calls fo the kind of stay that feels both considered and loose around the edges.
A seasonal Banshee wine amenity is provided upon arrival. Please enjoy responsib Alcohol may only be consumed by guests who are 21 years of age or older.

Please do not share access codes with anyone outside your reservation.
The house lockbox is ocated on the pillar nearest the door Lockbox code will be emailed before arrival
After check-out, return the key to the lockbox and secure it




Dogs are allowed with prior approval. A $150 pet fee applies. Dogs should not be left unattended unless safely crated. Guests are responsible for cleanup and any damage.



Events, parties, amplified music, and additional guests are not allowed unless approved in advance Only registered guests are permitted on the property
Smoking is not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, cannabis, and any other smoking products.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please respect the surrounding property, neighbors, and natural setting by keeping noise to a minimum after this time.

Maximum occupancy is 6 adults per home Please do not exceed the approved guest count listed on your reservation


Children are welcome and must be supervised at all times, especially near outdoor areas, natural terrain, pool, hot tub, and wildlife

Smart TVs provide app access. Guests may log into personal streaming accounts. No house-provided streaming subscriptions are available. Please log out before check-out.

Radiant heat is floor-only. The living room controller is located in the hal way nook between the kitchen and primary bedroom, on the right side. Each bedroom has its own controller.

One house AC controller is located in the hallway nook between the kitchen and primary bedroom, on the left side.

The fireplace may be operated by remote control. Please turn the fireplace off before leaving the home or going to sleep.

POOL & HOTTUB
Pool hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Hot tub hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
No glass containers are permitted near the pool or hot tub
Children must be supervised at all times


Fire pit use is permitted from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Never leave the fire pit unattended. Turn it off completely after use and before leaving the area. Do not use during high wind, red flag warnings, or posted fire restrictions.


Outdoor dining, outdoor lighting, vineyard-view seating, lawn/garden areas, pool, hot tub, and fire pit are availab e for guest use. Please leave outdoor spaces tidy for the next guest.


Banshee Wines was born in 2009 at a bar in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco. With money borrowed from friends and family, the original founders launched Banshee Wines with eight barrels of coveted Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir. The initial intent was to make wines that tasted like the best California had to offer, but were priced so that everyone could enjoy them.

You are staying in a rural wine country setting. Please watch your step on uneven terrain, supervise children outdoors, and avoid approaching wildlife.
Guests should not enter the vineyard or restricted property areas. This is for guest safety due to uneven terrain and wildlife.


For fire safety, candles and open flames, excluding designated fire pits, are not permitted inside or outside the homes


Do not use the fire pit during high wind, red flag warnings, or posted fire restriction periods Follow all posted and local emergency guidance
Do not leave food, trash, or recycling outside overnight. Before check-out, place trash and recycling inside by the front door.
